Auto-Renewal Cancellation Policy:
Raddish members are auto-renewed on the 1st of the month following the end of their term (i.e. the number of months originally signed up for). You may "turn off" your next auto-renewal at any time! Navigate to "Plan Details", click "Cancel" on the upper right side, answer our survey questions and click on “Cancel My Subscription.”
3, 6, or 12 Month Members: Once you click “Cancel My Subscription” you will continue to receive kits until the end of your current prepaid billing period. Refunds are not issued mid-term. e.g. If you sign up for a 12 month membership on 1/1/18 and log into your account on 2/1/18 to click “Cancel My Subscription”, you will have effectively cancelled your next renewal of 1/1/19. You will receive the pre-paid remaining months (February through December) before your membership is officially cancelled.
