Important: Only active subscriptions are displayed on the billing portal. If you’ve requested changes to your subscription, a new subscription will be created to begin on your renewal date, while the current one will automatically be scheduled for cancellation. Updated billing details will be sent to you in a proforma invoice 60 and 30 days before your renewal. Once the changes take effect, they will appear on the billing portal.
If you see a subscription marked as “pending cancellation,” and you've previously requested changes to your subscription, there’s no need to worry—this simply indicates that your current subscription will end as planned, and the new one will take its place.
